• Where we have entered into Fixed Price Agreements we do not operate on a time sheet basis and thus are able to spend time thinking about current problems or opportunities facing a client's business, without short term time constraints. This enables us to offer unusually proactive service.

• While we work closely with our clients, we are independent of them and therefore our advice remains objective and impartial at all times.

Where we do not have all the skills necessary to deal with a particular aspect of a situation, our policy is to seek and co-ordinate expert advice. We do not take risks with our client's business or our reputation.
